If you are the parent/guardian of someone currently enrolled in Tulsa Public Schools, please fill the Back-to-School Form at enroll.tulsaschools.org.

This information makes it possible for Tulsa Public Schools to:

  1. Provide free meals to students
  2. Ensure that the district receives the correct resources to support all students’ learning
  3. Connect students with additional services and resources (such as Title X, part C, the McKinney-Vento Assistance Act)
  4. Communicate important updates with the updated contact information that you provide

We need ALL Tulsa Public Schools families to complete this form.

You will need log into enroll.tulsaschools.org and input your student's ID number to access the form. 

Tulsa Public Schools moved from the Avela enrollment system to SchoolMint on July 1, 2025. If you have not yet created an account in SchoolMint, you will need to do so in order to complete the Back-to-School Form.

If you do not have your student number (also known as lunch number):

  • Look for an email from Tulsa Public Schools about the Back-to-School Form
  • Ask your school
  • Reach out to the enrollment center at 918-746-7500 or at enroll@tulsaschools.org
