Good attendance is one of the most important factors in the academic success of your child. Please have your child at school every day possible.

If you are the parent/guardian of someone currently enrolled in Tulsa Public Schools, please click here to fill out the back to school form.  

This information makes it possible for Tulsa Public Schools to:

1. Provide free/reduced meals to qualifying students
2. Ensure that the district receives the correct resources to support all students’ learning
3. Connect students with additional services and resources (such as Title X, part C, the McKinney-Vento Assistance Act)

We need ALL Tulsa Public Schools families to complete this form. You will need a student number to complete this form.

All Tulsa Public Schools students will receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each day. Menus will be available once the school year begins. Click here for more information about our child nutrition program.

Who do I call if my child has not returned home from school on time?

• First call the school
• If you do not get an answer, call transportation at 918-833-8100  
• Note: buses may run 10 minutes after the posted stop time.

Who do talk to about transportation for students with special needs?

• Call our special needs transportation representative at 918-833-8148 or csctrans@tulsaschools.org.
• Note:  There is a 3-5 day processing window for all new applications.

To view your child’s grades, attendance and other information:

• Parents - Student Grades
• Select “Create Account” and provide requested information
• Sign in using your created account and password
• Student data, including class schedules, will be available in August.

We are asking families to purchase only two different school supplies items:

Pencils: Please help your child and their teachers by purchasing at least 100 pencils (or more) to start the year. Wal-Mart and most locations sell a 24 ct pack of pencils for as low as $0.94. 

Combination Locks: Monroe is working hard to secure enough locks so that every student can be provided one for FREE. However, we are also encouraging families to purchase their own combination lock as a backup or if you prefer a different lock.
