Getting to School

We look forward to seeing your child at school on time every day this year!

Our campus has two buildings: the East Building (toward N. Lewis Ave.) and the West Building (toward N. Victor Ave.). We will open the doors to both buildings at 8 a.m.

Bus Routes

We provide bus transportation for:

  • Non-transfer elementary students living 1.5 miles or more from their school; and
  • Non-transfer middle-school, junior-high or high-school students living 2 miles or more from their school.

Buses may arrive up to 15 minutes after the scheduled stop time. Students should remain at the stop up to 15 minutes after the scheduled stop time. If students wait longer than 15 minutes, call 918-833-8100.

All students who ride the bus will be dropped-off and picked-up at the one-way entrance labeled as “Bus Only.”

  • 6th grade students should walk to the Monroe East Building and go to the cafeteria
  • 7th and 8th grade students will walk to the Monroe West Building and go to the cafeteria for breakfast before going straight to their first hour class.
  • Our students with special needs will be dropped off and picked up at the Monroe East Building. This entrance includes a ramp for wheelchairs.

Who do I call if my child has not returned home from school on time?

  • First call the school
  • If you do not get an answer, call transportation at 918-833-8100
