Vision/Mission

At Monroe Demonstration Academy, we make every moment count by meeting each student where they are and supporting them in achieving measurable growth, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Guided by our district guardrails and a commitment to equity, we continue our mission of growing successful global scholars who are empowered to learn, navigate, and transform their communities. Through intentional instruction, strong relationships, and targeted supports, we ensure all students grow academically and thrive personally.

As we continue to evolve our practices to be trauma-informed and restorative, it is critical that we embed our community values in these practices. Everything from our lessons and grading practices to student discipline and team culture, our core values should serve as the foundation for our collective work.
